Note Objectives:
The main objective and strategy of ROW is to create social and economical condition for self –reliance and self generation development in a local community.:
A. Employment Support
More people with disabilities find and keep jobs in the community that pay a
living wage and are satisfying.
The number of referrals for jobs and the amount of available training support
increases.
.There is an increase in the number of businesses in the county that employ
people with disabilities.
Local public policy continues to created favorable conditions for supported
.Employment.
B.Meaningful Life and Residential Support
In this area, The ROW supports consumers in four categories:
day support, residential support, individual support and services, and supported
Retirement assistance. The following objectives apply to all four categories.
1. Increase in the number of customers beneficiaries in programs over 5 years with
Disabilities who are using community resources in the county.

ROW has a professional HR management who follow all the international acts and rules which are specified for recruitment and staffing process ROW developed a stable, highly qualified and motivated workforce that actively delivers the organization's mission.:

Targeted customers
The primary customer of an organization is the person whose life the
Organization most wants to impact/change on a regular, ongoing basis. The primary
customer is not necessarily someone you can reach or someone you can sit down with
and talk to directly. Identifying the primary customer puts priorities in order and gives
you a reference point for critical decisions. The primary customers of an organization
can change over time.
The supporting customers of the organization are all the people who must be satisfied
in order for the organization to succeed. There can be many supporting customers.
They are engaged with the organization to "support" the accomplishment of the mission.
The ROW exists to support people with disabilities to have full
community participation. These individuals are the organization's "primary customer".

Duty and responsibility of each section:
Director: Director of the office has the competence and responsibilities of signing contracts inside the country and organization the financial and administrational affairs of the organization as well as the staff selection and recruitment
Program officer:
has the responsibilities to control and evaluate the the subordinates performance as well as report demanding from related department and searching for other projects and writing and preparing proposals.
Admin / Finance department: It has the responsibility of organizing and evaluation of financial affairs, staff selection and recruitment, helping with the subordinates in their daily activities sending and receiving of memo and letters of the related departments, and other related responsibilities of the office.
In case of need the subject will refer to the board of director and after approval of head of the office will execute accordingly.
Staffing and their payments
All the staff of ROW will be appointed on the basis of contract, concerning to its strategic plan , responsibilities and job description of the staff will be mentioned on the contract ,Professional, educational and work expert , honest and faithful staff is most of requirement.\
If the staff leave the job for more than 20 days without permission of the office. ROW staff salary will be determined and approved by the board of director and head of office on the basis to national and international norms of the NGOs and other charity organizations. There will be an annual salary increase of up to 10% per year for all.
Miscellaneous:
Adding, removing and repairing of the fact sheet are the job and responsibilities of the board of director and
Head of office.
For the implementation of the projects, ROW is willing to work jointly with other NGOs in order to get projects and explore its activities.

2. ROW would like to consider the project timing and work plan and accordingly would arrange all project activities, staffing, required materials supplies and other related activities to run the project with good management and efficient way of implementation.
3. ROW aim is to work with high quality, considering all technical aspects and provided pictures and specification.
4. Timing hours would be according to normal practice, but if needed ROW would prefer to pay over time and extend the working hours in order to complete the work process soon, which would have its effects on time completion of the project.
5. ROW would like and prefer to complete the project on project time – line and hand it over to the client.
6. Monitoring:
The project manager would be responsible for the whole project and its planning and implementation, who would exactly consider the quality and specification and would seriously, consider the quality of work.
Beside the project manager ROW would have close eye on the project implementation, its quality, Progress and management.
7. Reporting:
The project manager would be responsible for the record of daily activities and . has to prepare monthly progress reports.
Monthly progress reports would be prepared and send to the client and its copies should be kept with ROW office in administrator office.
